Is Veritally for Accountants free?
Yes. Firms use the dashboard free. Your clients pay only on their own checks: 10% of the money found to unlock, nothing if nothing is found, and the fee back on any claim the marketplace rejects.
How do I get access to a client's checks?
Create your firm, share your firm code with the client, and the client enters it in their Veritally account. The code alone opens nothing: only the client can grant access, and they can end it at any time.
What can my firm see and do?
Every check the client runs, what it found and the open claims, read-only. Your firm can't pay, unlock, change claims or delete anything, and never sees the client's passwords or payment details.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. Invite partners and staff with a one-time code. Each signs in on their own with a role: owner, admin, accountant or viewer. Every invite and change is kept in your firm's access log.
Is this the same as Veritally Partners?
No, and they work together. The dashboard is where your firm sees clients. Veritally Partners is the referral programme: you can also earn a share of what the clients you bring pay us in their first year.
